Flaxseed helps fight heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and cancer.
Flaxseeds can be considered one of the most powerful nutritious foods. Laughter boosts the immune system. Functional exercises are good for the whole body system stimulation and immune booster. Expressing a positive attitude towards life is not only good for you but also those in contact with you. For the prevention of illness and disease, nutritious food, drink, fresh air and natural sunshine are the most important. It only needs our cooperation in supplying our body proper hydration and the essential nutrients to effectively maintain a state of well-being. An active lifestyle goes hand in hand with a proper diet. One way to maximize your efforts in the gym and in the kitchen is to ensure you are always getting enough quality nutrients. Flaxseeds are an unparalleled source of fiber-related polyphenols called lignans. They are also an unusual source of mucilaginous gums like arabinoxylans and galactoxylans. Flaxseeds are an excellent source of omega-3 essential fatty acids. They are a very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin B1, and copper. They are also a good source of the following 3 minerals: magnesium, phosphorus, and selenium. Flaxseed contains all sorts of healthy components and owes its primary healthy reputation to three of them: Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Each tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3. Sprinkling ground flaxseed into a glass of smoothie or a bowl of food will make your meal full of omega-3 fatty acids; just two tablespoons contains more than 100% of your recommended daily intake for those heart-healthy fats. Flaxseed having a nutty flavor also is rich in fiber and lignans, an antioxidant being shown to protect against cancer. Lignans, which have both plant estrogen and antioxidant qualities. Flaxseed contains 75 to 800 times more lignans than other plant foods. Flaxseed contains both the soluble and insoluble fiber types. Lignans helps protect against cancer by blocking enzymes that are involved in hormone-metabolism and stop the growth and spread of tumor cells. Some of the other components in flaxseed also have antioxidant properties, contributing to protection against cancer and heart disease. It is better to eat ground flaxseed than flax oil so that you get all the components because the oil contains only part of the seed. The outside shell in whole flaxseed appears to keep the fatty acids inside well protected. It is a good idea to keep your whole flaxseed in a dark, cool place until you grind it. As long as it is dry and of good quality, whole flaxseed can be stored at room temperature for up to a year. Flaxseed should be eaten with plenty of water or other fluids. Lignans are unique fiber-related polyphenols providing us with antioxidant and fiber-like benefits and also act as phytoestrogens. Flaxseeds can be considered as uniquely nourishing food, primarily because of their unique nutrient combinations and health benefits. Whole flaxseeds, on the other hand, will typically last for 6-12 months when stored in an airtight container in a dark, cool dry spot. If directly refrigerated, they may last for 1-2 years. Ground flaxseeds even when carefully packaged in a gas-flushed, light-protective pouch and refrigerated after opening, are much more prone to oxidation and spoilage and typically last about 6-16 weeks. You should use a small coffee grinder to break down the flax seeds and eat the flaxseed powder right away. Linamarin and lotaustralin are two of the primary cyanogenic glycosides in flaxseeds, and like the thiocyanates in cruciferous vegetables, both of these compounds can contribute to cyanide metabolism in humans. However, as long as our metabolic processes are not overloaded and we are in reasonably good health, about two tablespoons of flaxseeds per day are likely to provide too little linamarin and lotaustralin to cause an adverse reaction. Use whole flaxseeds within 24 hours of grinding, otherwise the ingredients lose their activity. Flaxseeds are also available ground in a special mylar package so that the components in the flaxseeds stay active.
One efficient way to turn the flaxseed oil into easily absorbed water soluble state
The mixing process of the flaxseed oil and cottage cheese or yogurt facilitates the chemical reaction between the sulfur protein in the cottage cheese and the essential electron-rich unsaturated fats of the oil to make the oil water soluble for easy absorption into your cells. Flaxseed oil is especially perishable and should always be purchased in opaque bottles that have been kept refrigerated. Flaxseed oil should have a sweet nutty flavor. We never recommend the use of flaxseed oil in cooking since flaxseed oil is far too easily oxidized at high temperature. However, it is fine to add flaxseed oil to foods after they have been cooked. Flaxseed oil should be refrigerated. The mixing ratio is two tablespoons of cottage cheese to one tablespoon of oil. Mix only the amount you are consuming at one time so it is mixed fresh each and every time. One example would be to mix four tablespoons of cottage cheese to two tablespoons of flax oil. We could eat that mixture twice daily or more depending on the severity of the health condition we are attempting to address. We should probably start slowly with the amount of the oil, maybe just once a day and work the way up letting the body adjust to the protocol. The oil and the cottage cheese must be thoroughly mixed at a low speed with an Immersion Blender until a creamy texture with no standing oil is achieved. The mixture should then be immediately consumed! Do not add anything to the mixture until it is done! Then, mix in two or three tablespoons of freshly ground flax seed to the fresh flax oil and cottage cheese mixture by hand. The freshly ground flaxseeds will super-charge the food. Brown or golden whole flaxseed is available for sale everywhere. Store the seeds in the refrigerator and grind fresh each time. You may also stir in with a spoon 2-3 tablespoons of organic lowfat milk for a creamy mixture. This can be mixed in by hand after the initial blending. The mixture can be flavored differently every day by adding honey, nuts such as pecans, almonds or walnuts, and banana, organic cocoa, organic shredded coconut, fresh pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, cinnamon, or freshly squeezed fruit juice. Try your best to obtain organic fruit if possible. People suffering chronic or terminal disease should work themselves slowly up to consuming 4 to 8 tablespoons of the oil daily. A daily maintenance dose can be one tablespoonful of the oil per one hundred pounds of body weight. Use goat milk instead of cow milk products. Take the enzyme Lactase with quark or cottage cheese. Try Nancy’s Cottage Cheese which is made with lactic cultures. Make yogurt or kefir quark by straining yogurt or kefir through fine muslin cloth to get a cream cheese consistency. Kefir cheese similar to cottage cheese which should work as long as the flax oil blends in and does not float back to the top. After you take this oil-protein combination for a day or two, try to get in the sun for at least a half hour or so a day and you will be amazed after feeling the healing effect from the sun and the nutritious food. After three months of eating the mixture, your blood would return to bright red and the tumors and the other conditions begin disappearing. Weakness and anemia disappear and the life energy is restored. Symptoms of cancer, liver dysfunction, Arthritis, Heart Infarction, Irregular Heart Beat, Psoriasis, Eczema (other skin diseases), Immune Deficiency Syndromes (Multiple Sclerosis and other Autoimmune Diseases), Stomach Ulcers, Prostate, Strokes, Brain Tumors, Arteriosclerosis and other chronic diseases and diabetes can be completely alleviated. Not only Multiple Sclerosis, but also ALS “Lou Gehrig’s Disease”, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease can also be cured or prevented. If yogurt is used in place of the cottage cheese it will require 3 times more yogurt than that of the cottage cheese as it lacks the protein density of cottage cheese. It is very important to avoid unhealthy foods and substances such as hydrogenated fats, animal fats, sugar, white flour, preservatives, chemicals and processed foods. Avoid leftovers. Food should be prepared fresh and eaten soon after preparation to get the active electrons and enzymes within 15 to 20 minutes. At least 3 times a day, drink a warm liquid such as green or herbal teas sweetened only with raw honey. Keep a food diary. Avoid stress and anxiety; take time to relax and enjoy each day. Listen to beautiful music, laugh, do more functional exercises including slow deep diaphragmatic breathing and acupressure massage treatments, connect with nature, and spend time with people full of positive energy.
